Independent property owners are increasingly frustrated with the high fees, restrictive policies, and lack of control on major rental platforms. Furthermore, when issues like maintenance arise, they often lack a trusted network of service providers, especially if they manage properties remotely.
This platform is a turnkey solution for the "direct booking" movement. Multiple revenue streams are available through upgraded features, fixed transaction fees on bookings, and advertising and opt-in fees for service providers.
PropMan Pro* is a comprehensive property management platform that gives owners the tools to operate independently and profitably. It provides a custom agreement generator, flexible fee structures, and a seamlessly integrated network of vetted service providers, offering a powerful alternative to platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
Development Process
We started by interviewing property owners to identify their biggest frustrations. This research informed our agile development process, where we worked in iterative sprints to build out core features. A closed group of beta testers provided constant feedback, allowing us to refine the platform to solve real-world problems.
The front-end is built with React and Next.js, providing a fast and intuitive interface for property owners. The entire backend is powered by Node.js and a secure, scalable cloud ecosystem. Our dynamic agreement generator and flexible financial module are built on top of a scalable NoSQL database. All sensitive documents and media are stored securely in enterprise-grade cloud storage. This robust tech stack ensures the platform is not only feature-rich but also secure and built to scale with a growing user base.
